This is not the addon itself.  This is the TFC alteration that makes it
work with the Plutonium pack/Atomic edition.  To use simply unzip the
tfcu.con file into your Duke3D directory where you installed TFC.  Then
all you have to do is run TFC.bat (which came with tfc1.0).

IMPORTANT:  TFC now replaces the 4th Atomic Duke episode (The Birth),
            but it will display 'The Final Confrontation' so it should be
            very straight forward.
